Chair Yoga with Shelly is a 60 minute session of yoga adapted with the assistance of a chair to make it beneficial for all fitness levels and capabilities.  The guided yoga class will help you enhance your strength and balance through a series of stretches and poses.  The class concludes with a guided meditation that will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and revitalized. ​​ See the Schedule tab for class offerings and schedule.  The instructor also provides classes for individuals, couples or small groups at the convenience of your residence or fitness room.  Click here to contact the instructor for details.
