Class Levels:

*** Gentle Mat Yoga - Requires the ability to get up and down from the floor mat for poses and stetches.

** Chair Yoga Intermediate Level - Combines poses and stretches on the chair and off the chair.

* Gentle Chair Yoga and Stretch - Done mostly on the chair for beginner poses and stretches.
