All classes resume in January as listed below.​​

*** Heritage Isle classes are scheduled for January 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th ***

​*** Wickham Senior Center classes are scheduled for January 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th ***

​*** Palm Bay Senior Center classes are scheduled for January 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th ***

​*** Springs of Suntree classes are scheduled for January 12th and 26th ***

​*** Zoom On-Line classes are scheduled on Tuesday and Thursday starting January 6th ***​​​​​

Monday

Gentle Mat Yoga***

Class Levels:

*** Gentle Mat Yoga - Requires the ability to get up and down from the floor mat for poses and stetches.

** Chair Yoga Intermediate Level - Combines poses and stretches on the chair and off the chair.

* Gentle Chair Yoga and Stretch - Done mostly on the chair for poses and stretches.
